I have exercised off and on for most of my life with varying results. Nine years of the married life and four kids later I realized I had gained 90 pounds. I am now 45 lbs lighter and half way back to my “younger man” weight. I am also stronger than I ever was in college or medical school, often working out 6 days a week for at least an hour. When I first met with Jason he told me the sessions would be thirty minutes each. I remember thinking a half hour session was not going to be enough time to get a good workout or even make a change. Man was I wrong!  Somehow Jason helped me pull this off in just three half hour sessions a week. And my wife has been by my side with me the whole time and has never looked better. She had never done resistance training before and now she has definition and curves that would make the cover of any magazine. I haven’t even mentioned the changes seen in my nine and six year old sons. I worried that they would end up with the weight problem I have always struggled with. After just a couple of months at twice a week for a half hour, my sons are stronger, faster, lighter, and more than anything, confident with themselves. You blow a lot of money on frivolous things when you look back over a year. What is it worth to grow younger? You won’t find more honest, knowledgeable, or motivated trainers than at Jason Smith Fitness. I tell people they care more about my success than I do. I challenge anyone to finish a half an hour in this gym and not feel satisfied.
