Hector G. Testimony
Hello Jason,
Three years ago I learned I had lymphoma. Twenty-four weeks of intensive chemotherapy followed. I tolerated it well. But then the big surprise - I was in a very weakened condition. Besides that I found out I also had Parkinsons disease. My mobility was diminishing.
This week I completed more than five months of twice-a-week training with you. I want to take a moment and write.
Training with you is paying off. The work-outs are reversing the weakened condition and improving mobility. I am 70, too. You are expert in a broad range of fitness techniques, and you are exacting and measured in leading me to execute the techniques correctly. I appreciate that you integrate and emphasize focus of mind with the correct form and performance of the physical movements. My goal is to get back to jumping rope, which I did (backwards and fast) for many years before getting sick.
Jason, thank you for being capable, skilled, caring and sincere, and for putting back a "spring in my step!"
Sincerely,
Hector G.
